Happiness comes
From
Giving
This instant, simple view of
Happiness
Is quite lovely
It Projects a wellness
Of energy
Throughout the cells,
To the entire universe.
Give yourself happiness
By loving your wellness
At this moment
Forget passed ills
At this moment
I am well
I am in a constant state
Of the Art Of Wellness.
